5 Ways to Prevent Yourself
from The Internet's Dark Side
By Dmitry Nanev
Let's
face it -- the Internet is a huge media, which gives
the opportunity to a vast quantity of people to sell
virtually anything.
And that's what the main problem of the Internet is
--
there are way too many people trying to cheat you and
get
away with that.
Although it's really hard to fight them, you still
have the
possibility to prevent yourself.
Here are few tips to keep you out of trouble.
1. If it's too good to be true, then it probably isn't.
Come on, when was the last time you achieved success
really
easy? Then you should not believe it's easy to make
thousands for dollars overnight by paying just 30 bucks.
2. If it doesn't have a money-back guarantee, then
think
twice. If the seller was confident enough in his product,
why wouldn't he offer a guarantee? In most cases --
because he isn't. So be very cautious in such situations.
3. If the support is too clumsy (or if there's no support
at all), then probably the seller is not a professional
and
you should keep away from him. A reputable seller will
answer question within 24 hours.
4. Look for real testimonials from real people. If
the
testimonials are too good and the people have only names,
no email address or web site links, then it's pretty
obvious that these are fake testimonials.
5. If there's no product or the stress is not on the
product but rather the spillover, recruiting, enrollment
i.e. any type of service which main purpose is not to
offer
useful products. These kind of services have pyramid
structures where all you do is refer members and get
paid
each month just for the fact they, like you have signed
up
for it. That is the only benefit -- the small possibility
to get enough people under you.
Of course you can make money with this system. But,
you
must get really many people. So the ones who really
make
money are the people above you. The few selected at
the top
of this pyramid, the pharaohs -- they are the only ones
who
make money while you are barely able to break even.
Here's what a friend of mine once told me:
"ONLY join a program IF you think that the "PRODUCT"
is of
immediate benefit to you and worth the price you're
paying.
Don't just join solely because of the money making
opportunity or because some gurus are associated with
it.
Also, if you're going to make money out of it, make
sure
you're confident to promote it YOURSELF.
Don't ever hope for Spillover. Simply.. with so many
new
programs coming out each day, your uplines can jump
ship
any time leaving you high & dry!" -- Marcus,
http://FastTrackProfit.com
Now, Marcus is not the biggest Internet marketing expert
in
the world, but he has seen and tried enough to tell
you
these things. And I absolutely agree with him.
It's a much better idea to invest your money in a product
that will benefit you by providing useful information
or
tools.
Following these five tips should prevent you from losing
time and money over trash products and fake promises.
